Please check your New Account Information email which was sent to you when you signed up as our servers use different Name Servers, depending on their location.
If you cant find the New Account Information mail, please log in to your Client Area. On the right side of the top menu, you will see " Hi XXXX", click on your name and go to "Email History". View the message "New Account Information" and look for the name servers associated with your hosting account.
